(1). The ground channel of our prefab house is made of C section steel , whose dimension is 80*40*15*2mm
(2). The column is made of welded double C section steel . The dimension of the double C section steel is 80*40*15*2mm and the column bracing is round steel bolt Φ8
(3).The panel for the wall and roof normal is 0.3/50/0.3mm sandwich panel. The Insultaion material have EPS, Glass wool . Rock wool . PU and so on .
4.The purlin and brace are made of steel angle with size L40*4mm
5. The floor for second storey is 16mm thck ply wood . The beam is made of welded steel frame with double C section steel and steel angle. The size has 80*40*15*2mm and L40*4mm. The sub-beam for the second floor is made of double C purlin .
6.The rain shelter is made of 0.45mm thickness corrugated steel sheet. The window has Plastic steel window or Aluminum window. The door has sandwich panel door or Security Door.

Option one: a standard container house packed in one flat pack, 4 set combined into one package,it can be shipped on board just as one 20ft shipping container. The Package will be protected by plywood boards around and thin film wrapped.
Option two: mixed packing. Roof and chassis will be packed together with bolts,all the wall panels packed together with wooden pallet in the bottom, corrugated board on the surface, and XPS board in the interspace. It will be shipped in 40HQ shipping container.
Option three: We make these factory assembled modules smaller than a ISO shipping container, then load them into HQ by small wheels on the bottom, one 40FT HQ can load 2 sets.

Or we can design as your requirements if you do not have a clear plan.
2. How to pay?
A: TT will be more appreciated.
50% deposit before producing, 50% balance before loading by TT.
3. What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantity.
Generally, the delivery time will be within 20 to 35 days.
4. How to install after the goods destination?
A: We will provide installation instruction and video for you.
Technicians will be sent to help you if it is necessary.
However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be provided by buyers.
