1. How do we process Factory Audit?
- You inform your supplier that we will go there and inspect them for you, just to get some information of the supplier. Then we contact the supplier to confirm the audit day. When the day comes, we will send our inspector to the factory to perform the audit. We will give you a very detailed report, from which you will see every corner of the factory. Moreover, we will offer you our professional suggestions.
2. How to supervise the quality of control work during FA?
- We will see if the whole factory system is conformed with the ISO 9000 or the standard you required. Then we will take some photos of the suppliers' production line for you to judge if they are your expected ones.
3. How to Charge for each FA Process?
-Generally, we will generally charge 280 USD/man-day. If the audit is processed on weekend or holidays, then extra charge will be required. We warmly welcome your inquiry.
4. When to offer reports of Factory Audit?
-Generally, we will submit our report to our clients within 48 hours from the beginning of audit. The report will be offered after audit within 24 hours.
